 , they can bring those as well.\n\nEach cadet should bring a small notepad
  and a pen or pencil\nCadets will need to bring a boot polishing kit\n\n\n
 Black shoe polish\nbrush\napplicator\npolish cloth\nold tooth-brush\nnylon
 s for buffing\nNewspaper to polish your boots over\n\n\nWhat will you lear
 n?\nDrill  –  either with Drill Rifles or not\, and to prepare a silent fr
 eestyle demonstration for about 5 and half minutes\n\nWhat are the goals?
 \nCreate a competition drill team\, build a base of cadets that will know 
 how to do drill  and pass on that knowledge – part of leadership building
 \n\nThe Team will start polishing both FTUs and Drill Boots  every drill p
 ractice\n\nHow long is the training for?\nMondays  1830 to 2000 for now\, 
 every 2 weeks\, though ideally it should be every week\nWhen is competitio
 n?\nCoC dictates when there is a competition\, but the drill team competit
 ion can be formal or informal\, and it can also be a demonstration at the 
 ACR.\nIs there a break?\nBreaks as needed\nCadets should bring a snack – t
 hey can  they should bring water\nWill there be music?\nMusic not at this 
 time – but a combined Band and Drill Team demo could be thought of  –  hav
 e not seen this very often\, as the Drill team and Band have separate comp
 etitions\n\n
