 </h2>\n<div dir='auto'>Drill Boots and FTU boots  – Cadets will not wear c
 rocks!</div>\n<div dir='auto'>If Cadets have running shoes\, they can brin

  should bring a small notepad and a pen or pencil</div>\n<div dir='auto'>C

 What will you learn?</h2>\n<div dir='auto'>Drill  –  either with Drill Rif
 les or not\, and to prepare a silent freestyle demonstration for about 5 a
 nd half minutes</div>\n<div dir='auto'></div>\n<h2 dir='auto'>What are the
  goals?</h2>\n<div dir='auto'>Create a competition drill team\, build a ba
 se of cadets that will know how to do drill  and pass on that knowledge – 
 part of leadership building</div>\n<div dir='auto'></div>\n<div dir='auto'
 >The Team will start polishing both FTUs and Drill Boots  every drill prac
 tice</div>\n<div dir='auto'></div>\n<h2 dir='auto'>How long is the trainin
 g for?</h2>\n<p dir='auto'>Mondays  1830 to 2000 for now\, every 2 weeks\,
  though ideally it should be every week</p>\n<h2 dir='auto'>When is compet
 ition?</h2>\n<div dir='auto'>CoC dictates when there is a competition\, bu
 t the drill team competition can be formal or informal\, and it can also b
 e a demonstration at the ACR.</div>\n<h2 dir='auto'>Is there a break?</h2>
 \n<div dir='auto'>Breaks as needed</div>\n<div dir='auto'>Cadets should br
 ing a snack – they can  they should bring water</div>\n<h2 dir='auto'>Will
  there be music?</h2>\n<div dir='auto'>Music not at this time – but a comb
 ined Band and Drill Team demo could be thought of  –  have not seen this v
 ery often\, as the Drill team and Band have separate competitions</div>\n<
